Family Lodge Apartments

This is by far the best experience I've had renting a place. I stayed for approximately 6 months in a furnished 1 bed room unit for the duration of a work contract I had in Fayetteville. The community is exceptionally managed by good people. The apartment was clean, well maintained, fully furnished, with a surprising amount of kitchen utensils. Everything I needed and more. I opted for a washer and dryer also. The appliances all worked flawlessly. The communication was excellent and very responsive, from the explanation of the terms, the informing of community maintenance activities when they occured, and they would even call me if a package showed up that was too big for the mailbox. They have unusual policies such as no pets and no smoking on the property (no exceptions - not even for a night) but generally speaking, residents only stand to gain from this. The result is very safe, clean and quiet community. They provide a TV obviously but I brought in my own larger screened smart TV. Still, if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. If you are a professional looking for short to long term accommodations, you will not find anywhere better in the area at this price point.

Relocated to North Carolina because of work, without any knowledge about the area and without knowing anyone here. I had just turned 21, was looking for my first apartment and was completely clueless about leases and the responsibilities of having my own place. Thankfully, Mr. Mike made the moving process much less intimidating and smooth. I got my apartment within a week from calling! He patiently answered all my questions, provided valuable advice, and was incredibly understanding. The year I spent living at Family Lodge was truly amazing. I encountered no issues with the leasing office or my neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Everyone was welcoming and it felt like being part of a big family. Mr. Mike always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. As a young adult, it was comforting to have people who genuinely cared. Mr. Mike became like a grandfather figure to me, always making sure I was taken care of. The apartment I had was a two-bedroom unit that came furnished and was kept clean. The price was affordable as well. The maintenance team, Mr. Cam and Jordan, were absolutely fantastic and respectful. They promptly fixed any issues within an hour. Mr. Cam even took the time to teach me a few maintenance tips and acted as a fatherly figure. They truly treated me like family. I felt loved and appreciated in this community. Unfortunately, because of work I have to relocate to a different state but in a heartbeat if I ever move back to NC , I would come back to Family Lodge !

First off, I commited to a year lease on Family Lodge and had the best experience ever. I was on a time crunch to find an apartment and they quickly figured out how to help. When I arrived the apt was furnished and very clean and came with all the ammenities it said it would have. You can't beat the price anywhere else in the area for a 1 bedroom unit. Easy to find a running route, as it had a mix of hills and intervals if your into running. The commute was two minutes from base and convenient. Staff and management were always quick and professional to respond to any maintenance issues. I received my security deposit at the end with no issues. A year after moving out Mike from management sent a friendly reminder (a year later) and addressed my security deposit had never been cashed. I had completely forgotten to deposit the check and he wrote another one out to me. I'm very grateful for my experience here, Family Lodge is an honest company with exceptional service and residential support. Very grateful for my experience here! Thank you so much!!

Family Lodge Apartment is a professional and respectful apartment community. I never had an issue with getting in contact with the property manager(Mike) no matter what the concern was. They always gave two day notice and the day of notice on when they were going to come by the apartment. This was just a courtesy that didnt have to be given. Overall, my stay at the Family Lodge was enjoyable and would recommend to anyone.
