This review is long over due but I worked with attorney Carthens for about 2 years for my child custody case and Im very happy to have hired such a professional team. Most of my things were stretched out because of Covid but I was always in the loop and I felt like I had as much control over the situation as possible. She was a lovely woman to work with, a fellow veteran, and she is dedicated to ensuring her clients are satisfied with her work. I hope to not need a lawyer again in the future, but if I did I would absolutely reach out to her again!

I would not recommend her. She will not take your case seriously and forget to file things on your behalf. And you will lose your children! Response: This is Mr. Helton and I fired you and currently looking for a new lawyer because you didnt file contempt on my behalf after i express how urgent it was. Now Im on a losing battle in court $2700 later. And the truth is you forgot to do it.

I was referred to Attorney Carthens from a friend, she took my case on without any hesitation. Attorney Carthens and her staff were nothing short of amazing throughout this 2-year process. My emails were always answered in a timely fashion, Attorney Carthens always took the time to speak with me about any concerns I had. Throughout this process, there were several continuances, it was frustrating, we stayed the course. Attorney Carthens fought hard for the favorable outcome of my case. Im humbled and grateful at the work ethic and professionalism, I cant thank her and her staff enough for the work done on my custody case. If youre looking for a firm to encourage, support and work diligently throughout the length of your case, I highly recommend this firm.

Mrs Carthens and her team are absolutely amazing. They were always on top of everything and kept me informed along the way in my custody case. Going through court is never fun but they made it as pleasant as possible and easy to understand and were always willing to answer any questions I had. Will always recommend her and be back if I ever need anything else.
