        From the start getting set up was an issue. From sending me only the agreement letter and not include my wife. And because she didn't send a agreement it was just left with no action on cccs part. Now found out they had my wife social security number wrong. And it takes a week to send out a new proposal to the creditor. Not really happy with the response/action on cccs part.

        Dose this company help remove old stuff on credit history and Clear up inquiries and so forth? The only reason I give it a 3 stars is because I never used the company and only way to write this question.

      Thank you so much for your feedback and I apologize for the experience that you had early on in your enrollment process with CCCS. With the client management system we had at the time, there were limitations with our document preparation software which unfortunately contributed to your enrollment delay. Our agency has since transitioned over to a more robust client management system which enhanced our agency's ability to manage client accounts. This new platform provides a more streamline onboarding process for our clients, an interactive online client portal for those enrolled in our program, as well as advancing our communication methods not only to our partner creditors, but to our clients as well. I'm confident that you will soon see the benefits and significant savings of the Debt Management Plan including the newly added online client portal features coupled with our CCCS team supporting you along the way.

      Great question! CCCS of Rochester offers Credit Report Review appointments. For $25 you would meet with a Certified Credit Counselor who would, with your permission, pull your credit report. During your appointment, the counselor will review your credit report in detail and provide you with the tools needed for you to go about submitting disputes (if necessary), building your credit, contacting creditors, etc. The counselor will not be doing this on your behalf, but rather providing you with the resources for you to complete this on your own.
