I would recommend working with this company. I was referred to Samuel Cino by my local credit union and he has been in my corner for almost 10 months of house hunting. On my first phone call, Sam said two things, one of which was I will put my best foot forward and he did because when we locked in the rate no one was able to compete with it besides one other broker and they matched it. Sam also suggested to tweak my down payment to get more lender credit to help with closing costs! The second thing was a little tip about how to tell if another mortgage broker has experience in the field or not and it proved true. Sam has decades in the field. I would highly recommend Sam to any first time home buyer since he does a great job explaining everything and anything, and will always be available for a text or phone call. We locked in a rate for 45 days and closed in 38 days. ** The only negative thing I will say is that I was not made aware of a mortgage commitment fee of $1000 (only knew about the origination fee) but I honestly feel that since they see it everyday it just never came up in conversation because its a very common fee. Use Sam for whatever your mortgage needs may be!!
