I am so grateful to the Dansker & Aspromonte Law firm for representing me in my personal injury case. I was a pedestrian injured in a hit and run accident in September, 2022 and was referred to the firm by recommendation. Doug Hoffer was my primary representative, and he was patient, clear and thorough in walking me through the procedures and details of my case at each step of the way. I am grateful that I was directed to Dansker & Aspromonte for representation in an injury case. Mr. Hoffer was honest and thorough. He never ceased to be fully convinced about liability in the face of defendants claiming it was completely my fault. Defense counsel came to dislike me personally for criticizing their ridiculous questions. Additionally, I can't respond to a question with a simple yes or no. Coupled with me having been a defense attorney briefly decades ago, I was not an easy client to represent. My inquiries always were promptly responded to. Mr. Hoffer clearly explained everything as issues and situations arose. Due to the pandemic and defense tactics, it took over six years, but he finally secured an agreement before trial. He even forwarded a request from me regarding the settlement at the last minute that was approved. Mr. Aspromonte was cordial and thorough in wrapping up the details due to a special issue that needed to be addressed. The staff were wonderful. I have no regrets and strongly recommend the firm to others.
