I didnt have a great experience at this place.I was not greeted when I came in, and It was not explained to me of exactly how everything works.I was basically asked what color am I looking for and they wiped up their own thing and that was the end of the session.I believe their should have be more courtesy and possibly allowed us to mix the colors ourselves with assistance and maybe not remind us constantly of how much time we had left,It felt like crunch time.When I was questioned who would be helping me or when will it be my turn or how does this work I was ignored.

Alex was my consultant at the SoHo location and was super friendly! She really hit the nail on the head on the color I wanted. I asked for a similar color in both the products, a balm and a matte lipstick. And she was able to make it happen with her strong artistic knowledge. You also get to name your lipstick/gloss/balm, which I thought was super cute! I will totally go back and have Alex make more colors for me! Balm: super light, color I had produced goes great with my skin tone and every day wear. Lip Stick: I chose a matte style (sheer and satin were the other options). Lip stick is actually super moisturizing and beautiful color. You also get to choose a color tube (I think like 15 options).

Wesdylin was so short and rude with my wife that it ruined the whole experience. We flew from across the nation to do this and friends talked about how great and fun it was but she made it feel like a drag for her. Why did she have to be in such a bad mood. If she didn't want to do it then hand it off to another employee that cares about their job and gives a good experience.

Loved my experience here! The colors really are so refreshing and vibrant. Also appreciate what goes into each lipstick. Worth a visit!
