        very dishonest and unprofessional service.. the sales rep lady, Marilyn Maldonado, confirmed in writing a lie, just to get us switching to them for payroll. Good thing we did not cancel our existing payroll services yet, before we figure the dishonesty in ADP advertised services, or lack thereof, and continued with our existing service provider, paychex.         Do not EVER use this company. They accidentally cancelled everyone's insurance at my place of employment, took weeks to reinstate it and it is still incorrect. I haven't been able to get reimbursed for the simplest of things because their people do not communicate. An absolutely horrible and unimaginably broken company.
