Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ithaca, an IHG Hotel

I think it's a good place to stay, but it's a pity that swimming is closed.

Very nice stay, super clean and the office staff was wonderful to talk to. The breakfast was yummy as well, I definitely utilized it everyday of my stay. I really enjoy the sign in the front with different sites and restaurants to go to.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. We were in-town for college visits and found this to be a convenient location near lots of restaurants and other amenities. We had great views of the mountains from our window too! The beds were awesome- so comfortable! (We stayed in 4 hotels on a long road trip and these were the best beds of all!) We did run into a few issues such as poor water pressure (fixed promptly), phone not functioning, and then an exciting malfunction of the elevator... it's an older hotel and showing it's age a bit but these didn't bother us too much thanks to the great staff. Shout-outs to 2 staff members who made all the difference: Anthony on the front desk quickly resolved any challenges that we had, and Sandie was the BEST and nicest breakfast staff person ever! We had a 2-queen room and found there to be tons of room for our suitcases/luggage (4 girls in one room). Breakfast was super great and we also appreciated the recommendation for a local taco place! Rooms: Most comfortable beds ever (they don't even wobble when your kid rolls over 30 times a night!) Food & drinks: Breakfast was really well done. Also the FREE cookies and 24/7 Nescafe were appreciated.
