I really cant say enough about how excellent Alex is at what he does and the wonderful experience he provided for my fridge repair. Amazing service. I called CityTech to service my fridge which was a less common brand that most other repair places would not even look at for me. The experience was super easy - called to schedule within the week, and they were very responsive, transparent, and professional. George K performed the service visit and was very knowledgeable and professional! You could tell he had many years experience and was very patient in addressing all of my questions and explaining what options I had. I haven't had much experience with broken appliances in the past, but CityTech really came through as a trustworthy and easy business to work with. I highly recommend this business and would trust them with any future repair issues I have.
