La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Islip - MacArthur Airport

Checked into this hotel a week ago on April 1, 2024. I called earlier in the day at 11 AM to ask if there would be an issue with an early check-in or any additional charges. The woman I spoke to said she would call down to the desk and check for me, she did and said there was no problem. They had plenty of rooms available. Arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM and was expecting to check in the half hour early the woman at the desk Lisa. Told me there was a mandatory early check-in fee. I told her I called earlier and even showed her the call on the caller ID on my phone which was to the number at the hotel. She adamantly refused and charged me anyway an extra fee to check in 25 minutes earlier. I tried being polite and asking if she could waive that since its almost 3 she said no.

The best experience. Room is very clean . I travel a lot with my job and by far LA Quinta is the best
