I never signed up for any services, never asked for texts to my personal cell, yet continue to get harassed by automated messages on holidays and weekends. I have asked multiple times to be removed, got a rude text from a personal number, and still was not removed.

I've been a working partner with Mike for over 6 yrs now and have worked together on at least 50 transactions, if not more. I have never ever had a "fall through" with any of his customers/clients. If Mike pre-approves you and you follow all of the guidelines that are laid out for you, you will become a homeowner. If Mike needs to advise you to do a couple of things; do them. He knows how to help. He is accessible and has decades of experience. I can not recommend Mike enough and am thankful our community has him to help buyers become homeowners.

Jeff and Joshua Pinard are the best. Professional, communicative, and extremely helpful in every way. They answered every question and provided other professionals to assist in other ways.
