        Mr. DeLaGarza took a $8,000 retainer from me. Did an hours with of work and when he was released as our attorney, due to his performance during an initial hearing, he only returned $750. He took advantage of a situation where I were in panic mode and made things worse. He does not have an impressive courtroom presence either. Huge disappointment.

      Henry E. De La Garza graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law and undergrad studies at the University of New Mexico. He began his career concentrating in the area of personal injury until approximately 1994 when a strong interest in criminal law attracted Mr. De La Garza to become an Assistant District Attorney, in Bernalillo County. In 1997, he opened his own office to concentrate his practice in criminal defense, personal injury, and wrongful death matters.
