Atlantic Air hosted DreamFlights on September 15th, 2021 taking eight World War II vets up in a Stearman biplane, one of 10,000 that trained American pilots to fly. DreamFlights pilot Mollie Littlefield assisted every vet, most in their late 90s, into the student seat. Shown ready to fly is my soon-to-be 98-year-old Master Sergeant mother-in-law.
