Overall solid work. They provided a fair quote, showed up the day they scheduled, tore the old roof off and replaced in 1 day. To finish, they left the area very clean.

Would not use- MAK fixed a portion of our roof. I had to call multiple times after they cashed my initial check to get a date that the work would be done and was given a week timeframe. They didnt come that week and when I called, I was told they would come out the following week. They provided a quote with certain materials but when the roof was completed, it appeared dirty and unfinished. After talking with my contact, Marcin, multiple times he said he would send his guys over. They told me the roof looked fine even though there was a yellow coating all over it. He then told me he would send out his supplier who I had to be home to talk to and who never showed up Marcin then texted me to tell me dont try to outsmart me your bill is past due. All while I was waiting for this issue to be resolved (which took weeks). He also threatened to charge me a past due fee. Meanwhile I had been waiting for a month for him to reply or send his supplier out to take a look at it. Turns out the product they used is cheap and should be used on roofs that arent visible because it looks unfinished. There should be a layer on top of what was used to make the roof look complete but I was not quoted for this (and didnt know what I was quoted for would look so unfinished). I was given the phone number of his supplier who told me there should be an additional layer on top of what was put down to guarantee the roof will not leak. I finally just sent in the last check to the company so I could stop dealing with them. Overall, communication was extremely poor, I had to hound them to have the work done after they cashed my initial check, and the product they chose to use was not the right product and the roof looks unfinished. I would go with someone else if youre looking to have work done.
