Nicole was the absolute rockstar and rock I needed. I was a first time seller and did not have a clue what I was doing. Nicole helped me get my condo ready for sale then to finding things the previous owner neglected to take care of. The sale of my condo happened so quickly and so much higher than expected and there is no doubt in my mind, Nicole was a huge part of that. I could not recommend her enough to anyone looking to sell their home. It was flawless and stress free (coming from someone with anxiety), it was flawless.
