        Working with Dennis and his team was one of the best decisions we made in the home buying process. We initially went with another lender and very quickly it proved to be a mistake. Our realtor referred us to Dennis and from the first interaction we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. Being first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not only were they answered, they were welcomed. In this market, Dennis was able to snag us an unbelievable rate which was crucial for us. After closing, we also got a sweet card and screwdriver kit in the mail which was a nice touch. Dennis' team also followed up with us making sure we received communication about when/where to make our first payment. 10/10 would recommend and will use Dennis and his team in the future.
