Im going to give them a 2. So first they will say $45 and when they see kinky (african American hair) they will charge you $70+. The first time i went a couple months ago the lady was so gentle with me so I didn't mind being overcharged. The second time it smelled like egg, which is what perm always smells like. I went yesterday and the process was completely different than before, and i had to keep telling the lady shes hurting me. But putting the white stuff in my hair and letting it sit and it smelled like egg was questionable to me. The other lady did not do this. I will not go back! She also used a glove to apply the white stuff as she combed through my hair tearing it out. Which I didnt realize until after because I wear glasses. They were off. I asked the guy is she just doing wash and blow dry and he said yes. But you know when something doesn't feel right ?? And I've been natural for 6 years!!! No chemicals! If my hair does not revert they will be getting slapped with a lawsuit.

I took my daughter to get her colored and blown out. The overall experience was terrible if u have natural african american hair I do not recommend this establishment. The total price for her hair was $185 thats ridiculous. The young man that they have at the front desk addressed me as girl Im clearly a grown woman. I didnt take a big offense to because he didn't speak fluent english but it still was unprofessional. I didnt like how they where staring in my face made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. Never again ! None of the staff speak fluent english.
