        My son loves it! He's only 9 and they keep him engaged. It's an extremely fun atmosphere at the same time they teach discipline, and very important life skills. Also the classes are great for fitness.

        Trained here a few times, most recently their new BJJ program. It was great. The instruction was very high level. Im definitely coming back!

        As the owner I can tell everyone that we are always moving forward in an attempt to offer the best martial arts and fitness training to our members. We offer Isshinryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Yoga, Kickboxing and a 24/7 access gym. We also have kids Wednesday Morning classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Karate starting in June.

      We offer a wide variety of martial arts and fitness classes, including Isshinryu Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Yoga, and Kickboxing. Our facility is also equipped with a 24/7 Adult Gym for members to take advantage of.At Golden Rule Karate & Fitness LLC, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment for all ages.
