1st review: Tichio is hard to reach & very passive. Not what you want from an agent after an auto accident. Revision #1: Tichio sent an automated reply asking me to change my rating, so changed it from 1 to 0. Revision #2: Tichio claimed I never called according to his phone logs. I have evidence refuting that statement, and now believe the other negative reviews left on his page (& on Google). The 5 star reviews must be friends or family. *UPDATE* Tichio removed my review because its not true. He doesnt acknowledge the fact that I have evidence supporting my claims, and denies it.

Im not sure if all Allstate agents are as passive and unreachable as Tichio, especially following an auto accident. *update* He deleted my honest review on his website. Smh
