Walgreens

Just had surgery in Chilton Medical and arrived to Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions. They said my new insurance info was not n the system and to come back in 30 minutes. We decided to wait in the parking lot and pulled up to the window in 30 min to find a sign up stating the pharmacist just went on lunch and wont be back for an additional 30 min. It seems nothing works while the pharmacist is on lunch. Wish I knew because Id rather not wait in their parking lot for over an hour just after rotator cuff surgery. Decided to go home and my partner will need to go back out to pick up my medicine.

That most terrible place to get your meds they are the worst pharmacists ever That my insurane company had so many complaints that walgreens pharmacy will now out of network and the lowest reviews ever they do nothing about it and that would be the store manager !!!!!!! Store manager is clueless of complaints and does nothing the store is not busy at all so no reason for her to sit in her office and do nothing me beibg a manager i am driven to make something a sucess and her the manager of store lazy or cluless if her duties and wants to get paid its the pharmacy Is the busiest No help So please be advised insurance companies will take Walgreens out of network to many complaints and stupid mistakes and not following thru and make patients suffer the pharmacist does not care all reported to corporate by ins company

Very slow, always issues with service and supply. Never picks up the phones, or puts you on hold for 10+ minutes regularly after answering. Charged full price for 90 pill/30 day supply of meds, but could only give 15 pills and said they would call within the next couple days when they got the rest . They never called, then when we questioned 2 weeks later they had submitted a new refill request without asking us, and wanted to charge full price again for a portion of the meds I already paid for that they owed me.
