HIGHLY recommend using Abby for all travel arrangements! Our family just got back from a wonderful trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. I'm big on describing what I/we want to do on a trip and letting somebody else do the planning. Abby went above and beyond in her due diligence to ensure we had a phenomenal time by arranging all hotel details, transportation to and from airport, excursions (including necessary transportation) as well as a packing list (which I desperately needed as my wife was out of town and I had to pack for our two kids!) We had been planning this trip for months and I sincerely appreciate how Abby checked in and stayed in constant communication with any important updates. She's outstanding - easiest 5 star review I ever gave!

I heard about Abby and Inspired Moments Travel's great service as I was halfway through island vacation planning for my husband and myself and I reached out to them for some advice and "tweaking" to my itinerary. Abby stepped right in with help and guidance and made our vacation a success. I was super impressed with her professionalism, expertise and quick responses to all my questions. She followed through before, during and after our vacation and took all the stress away allowing us to just concentrate on having a great time. I love to travel and have visited many countries. I'd spend hours and hours researching countries, places to stay, things to do, and arranging transportation. I was skilled at setting up spreadsheets, searching for local guides and sharing itineraries with friends and family. I was exhausted before I boarded the plane Then I found Abby! Australia has always been top on my list of 'must see' countries. It is the same size of the US and I was overwhelmed trying to see as much as the country as I could in three weeks. I contacted Abby and after answering some key questions she was off and running. Within days she had developed an amazing travel plan for me and my husband. All details were included; nature tours, wine tours, visits Ayers Rock, airport transfers and all accommodations. Her connections allowed us to take advantage of special pricing and travel perks. Firstly, we've known Abby of Inspired Moments Travel for close to 20 years and she's the kind of friend that thinks of EVERYTHING when you're together - conveniences at your fingertips to make life easier whether its snacks for the kids in her purse or just the right activities to share as a family. We used Abby to book our quick stay in Orlando with our two and three year old. She quickly turnaround three hotel options, the same number of potential activities and meal options and being she's a mom of two boys also, she recommended what we should do for our 24 hours near Magic Kingdom. We were upgraded upon check-in to the club level which had free food, snacks for the kids and free alcohol (score!). She also thoughtfully put a Disney stuffed animals gift bag in our room for the kiddos. The details were great and when our flights got moved around she was able to cancel and rebook our car service from the airport at the drop of a hat while we were flying somewhere over the middle of the country. Couldn't recommend Abby enough. She's organized and will take into account the needs of your entire party when thoughtfully putting together your amazing itinerary. Thank you, Abby! - The Lennons!
