Enterprise Rent-A-Car

even though I usually never write reviews I feel that this one is so deserved that I just had to give the feedback. I also would love it if whatever the team at this branch is doing can be learnt from and replicated in all branches because it's just simply how a business is supposed to be run. a few words about my experience. I've rented many times from many different companies and places and recently I've stuck to enterprise at this location (Ocean ave) for a few reasons. first and foremost when I rent I want to have a pleasant experience where I don't feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of bureaucratic red tape. the team is there to answer my questions and explain things. I'm never scared to ask and get some silly answer like "I got to ask the head of this...." they are clear and never shrug of the question with one of those types of answers. also sometimes when I rent I feel like I'm walking on glass like you don't want to say something and piss an employee off. but not here I can ask away and it wont get me a worse car. i never have to worry if one of the workers are having a bad day cause the vibe is always great. I literally never mind waiting cause Cory, Amanda, and the rest of the team are just chilled and enjoyable to be around. if only all places had employees that you actually want to be around. I got a little sidetracked with the vibe but it seriously makes a difference. also I'm not nervous about what hidden fees I'm going to get charged cause they explain it and answer the questions. for some of the more basic advantages the process is always quick never filling out a bunch of random papers they got it all there. The cars are clean and up to date and well taken care of. random warning lights for some reason never go off when renting from here.

I needed a car last minute last weekend. The team was awesome in getting the car for me in a quick period of time. I even needed to extend the rental and they gave it to me with no problem. I will definitely return to this location if I ever need another rental!!
