        The bagel was very hard as if it was old. Don't know how long it takes for a bagel to get that hard.

        Jack always gets my orders right and they make a mean cheese steak hero! My go to sandwich is a garlic bagel w chicken cutlets, Swiss, mayo and Roasted peppers.
