Working with Leigh Jones was fantastic from start to finish. She broke down all the options for us, and made sure that we got the best deal we could. Leigh really had our best interests in mind the whole time. She answered so many questions that I had as a first time home buyer. She also helped us navigate the first time home buyer grant process in New Jersey. One of the most useful things that Leigh did was provide mock ups of what our mortgage payment would be on any given property we were seriously considering at not one but often times two or three price points. This helped us feel like we really knew what we would be committing to definitely hopeful in a market where youre pretty much playing Russian roulette with what homes are selling for compared to their list price. It was also a tremendous amount of work for her, but she showed an extraordinary dedication. Shes also just a really nice person to work with, and shes local. Before we committed with Rate, I had spoken to a few other loan officers, and it seemed very impersonal and the advice didnt match our local market. I highly recommend Leigh and Rate!
