        My tax preparer Lynn Kratz at the rt 70 Cherry Hill NJ office was so rude to me for being questioned about her lack of response to my questions sent via online. She responded to what she wanted to. So when I went in to sign and pay. She was rude and stated she didn't receivemy messages and when i showed her she stated " can we move on" I'm like no you'reproviding me with a service and im paying, I wanted to come prepared rather unprepared. I will never use her again, which is sad because I have used her for many years. Truly a very unsatisfied customer
