Extended Stay America - Mt. Olive - Budd Lake

Hotel staff members with whom I interacted, have been extremely courteous and helpful, and highly professional. Areas inside and outside of the building where I roamed during my stay, are very well-kept and visually pleasing. I am satisfied with my room, at no time have I felt unsafe, and amenities in communal areas that I used were fully functional. Rooms: The room was reasonably priced, spacious, and well-kept. Safety: I felt safe inside and outside of the hotel.

I have stayed at this location multiple times over a 6 to 8 month period. My experience has been excellent. The facility and location are more than adequate. Clean, quiet and well maintained. It is worth noting that the secret sauce that key to the overall experience is the staff. From Victoria, Violetta and Cheryl, who spearhead the operation day to day,to the young men on the desk, all seem to work towards improving your stay in any way possible. The housekeeping staff is efficient and thorough, their attentiveness does not go unnoticed by me. Overall, I give a strong reccomend to all.

Every single member of the staff is amazing and was there to address any concerns. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of space. Always felt safe but I just cant say enough about the great customer service. Safety: Very safe location Food & drinks: Plenty of place to eat in the area

The Hotel Management (Ashley)Is Awesome. Any issues that I had with my stay was quickly resolved in a swift, effective, and efficient manner. The location was in the process of renovating the entire hotel prior to the NJ Statewide Covid-19 closures, shutdowns, massive restrictions, and my stay, but somehow-several of their employees (Nana, David,Doris, Ann, Aval, Daniella, River, Louis, and Kevin) found a way to make my stay extremely safe and extremely comfortable. The establishment raised their already excellent cleaning standards to higher level, as well.. Unfortunately All Locations are not the same. While Traveling for business I have visited a few locations in New York and New Jersey, and I quickly discovered that the Mt. Olive location is the best one in the regionhands down. The Manned Security, That Was Also Added, Ensured Peaceful Tranquillity Throughout The Building; the Pandemic Time Has Been Crazy. For One Of The Craziest Moments In My Life, I Am Extremely Happy That The Extended Stay America Brand Could Accommodate All Of My Needs. Highest Regards, Gina Change of Management Upper, Mid, and Lower has driven this hotel down. Its not the same, since the the long time general manager resigned. Check you bill before you leave, because they pad you bill the longer you stay. They have become extremely greedy, and they steal from their paying guests. Rating Change from a 5 to a one. Rooms are still very decent. The staff members here are the most professional and kindest people who go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.The rooms are clean and give you some of that at home feeling that we all need. Kudos to the management team and all their staff for all their hard work at making this extended stay the best. Rooms: Comfortable rooms with stove top, refrigerator and microwave so you can prepare your own meals if you choose. Nearby activities: Mountains,trails and lake for lots of outdoor activities plenty of stores for shopping. Safety: Hotel has front desk staff and the doors are locked not held open by rocks like some places allow.I think the hotel really cares about their guests safety and does a great job. Food & drinks: Plenty of different restaurants and fast food establishments to pick from.
