I brought my wife's KIA in to have new brake lines put in about a month ago and Bob and his crew did a fantastic job. FIVE STARS! So when my Jeep had a leak in the engines rear main seal, I thought I knew who to call. Unfortunately Chris said they were too busy. Understandable, it is the holidays, and I'm not suprised a good service shop is busy. So I said, 'No problem, it's not an emergency. I can keep the motor filled with oil for a few weeks until you have an opening. How about after the holidays, maybe even around mid to late January?' 'Nope, We're too busy.' 'What? Not even an appointment five weeks from now?' It was then explained that it was "a big job" and they would loose money because they could service more people who had smaller jobs. So, if you have a small job, these guys do good work and I do highly recommend them. But if you got "a big job", unfortunately don't bother calling because they're too busy.

Took my car here for the first time after reading all the good reviews on Nextdoor.. The experiences people have at this auto repair shop is true. The mechanics here are honest, and does good work for a reasonable price. I took one of my vehicle here thinking it needed new brake rotors and pads, but the Mechanic working there (Joe) was honest with me telling me I still have some life left on those brakes, and didnt need to replace them at this time after checking them out. I think if this was Towne Toyota, they would have told me new front and back brakes and rotors, and sell me other unnecessary repairs that I didnt need. This is an honest and old-school repair shop that will repair anything you need on your vehicles for a reasonable price. I can recommend this shop after my experience with them, and will come back in the future for oil changes and other maintenance repairs.

I seriously wish they had 10 stars.. I traveled from NEPA to long Island ny for a wake and when I stopped for gas my truck won't start I called my warranty company and they sent me an amazing driver named Rick and when I explained the awful day I was having and no body would be able to look at it for a few days he called his friend at East Forest garage and he said he would take a look at it well I was expecting to miss the chance to say good bye to my best friend and because of the amazing guy I forgot his name but he was able to get it started and gave me a choice I could continue to my destiny but if I shut it off I was going to be stuck again or stay in the hotel across the street and he'd replace the starter I couldn't believe that not only did they get it started when I asked how much he said just leave us a review... no way I'm female and I expected to be told that so much was wrong and it was going to be expensive but never did I expect that.... my prayers were answered when I was asking for guidance... I can't believe it they were honest and one guy came back I think... thank you so much I'll forever be grateful
