Kings Village

I recently moved to Kings Village in April 2021. It has been a wonderful and smooth transition due to Marzena. I was an out of state applicant and Marzena kept communication with me through email and phone. She made my cross country move manageable by keeping me at peace about my new apartment. I am forever grateful and thankful for all of her assistance. The apartment complex is in a quiet, peaceful community. The maintenance staff are also amazing and friendly, always saying hi and making me feel welcomed. I am looking forward to spending a few years living here.

I truly love living here! The whole apartment is hardwood floor, big enough to have my boyfriend and I working from home with 2 desks in a one bedroom apartment without feeling enclosed, there is so much space!! Maintenance keeps the grass and landscaping very nice looking all summer, they have made many updates from the pictures of the bad reviews below. They updated all steps that were provided below in the pictures and updated the cracked sidewalks. They truly care about making the residents feel at home and take the concerns we have very seriously and will fix/accommodate any issues we bring to the leasing office right away. I had my window fall into the bedroom while cleaning it and it broke my binds. Maintenance came and replaced the blinds the same day. I highly recommend kings village to be your next home!

Great place to live. tldr: reasonable rent, great space, quality apartment, wonderful manager, grounds are well maintained, quiet neighborhood, close to food/shopping This is a great place to live. The complex is right off of 46 but not so close that you hear traffic all day and that gives you quick access to some great takeout as well as shopping centers. The apartment sizes are perfect and are equivalent to the rent you're paying. The apartment comes re-painted and the floor re-lacquered before your move in and are very clean. Maintenance is responsive quickly and on time and are very friendly and knowledgeable. The neighborhood is quiet, you hear some kids playing outside which is really nice. Great green space with plenty of sidewalks to walk around. There are lights on the outsides of the buildings which illuminate the walkways at night which is great for security or if you're walking your dog late at night. Marzena, the manager, is absolutely wonderful. She gave us the tour, broke down the lease agreement, all the details about paying rent, parking, etc. She's very friendly and has been really great about answering my questions. Garbage/recycling is collected frequently so there is no smell with the dumpsters which are placed within a reasonable distance from each cluster of buildings. (There is a fence around it so you're not staring at a dumpster all the time. The grounds are maintained really well, they get mowed frequently and I see one gentleman who works for the complex doing his rounds every few days. Overall, I highly recommend living here. It really is a great place and I've enjoyed it a lot. If you have the opportunity to live here, I definitely recommend it!
