        What an aftercare nightmare! We are well past 5-7 for a "refund" to post to an account. Your invoice/receipt proves nothing if it doesn't show up in the account or a check in the mailbox. I did file a complaint with Nevada Consumer Affairs. You should be hearing from them. I will be sending you a letter through postal mail registered, certified, return receipt requested. You will have 10 days to write a response. If you don't you will force me to file an official complaint with Nevada Attorney General for deceptive trade or business practices. Hopefully you will have honored your promised reimbursement of $81.63. For the "damaged digital video with unsalvagable audio". Sincerely yours, Davina

        Weer from Dallas & my husband & I had chose to get married in Vegas & I came across A Chapel of Love & saw that they provided after hour we wanted to get married on our anniversary so we decided to do it at midnight as soon as I arrived everything was organized & ready to go Mio was very helpful he made my nerves go away & the lady in the counter was really sweet.. & the Minster Carlos was also good we were surprised on how much we touched their hearts & I really like how easy & fast it was Thank You to the staff of Chapel of Love !

      Davina, we have issued your refund and we sent you proof as we stated in the emails multiple times to you. It takes 5-7 business days yet you continue to threaten and now slander us online over it. Sending us multiple emails daily with threats and phone calls with threats are going to be met with no response. As the attorney general stated to you, there will be no action over this issue on their behalf because it is a closed issue. We don’t understand what else you want. In one of the emails you stated that you hated seeing so many happy couples on our reviews and social media. I hope that you find your happiness because you deserve it. Wish you both many years. Although you claim we don’t communicate with you or that we haven’t delivered your media to by email and text multiple times, here is a direct link on here that clearly shows time stamped we sent this 5 months ago.
