AutoNation Nissan Las Vegas Service Center

TERRIBLE. Left a car there (which was bought 6 months before at the same location), for 4 days only got promises of being called back and didn't know what was the problem with the car. Had to call everyday, and everyday the same "promise". I called the 5th day again so they actually told me what the problem was (almost $3,000 to fix) and two more days to be fixed. Spent 7 days without a car and got NO CALL BACK. Every information about the car was only "discovered" after I had to call because seems like the people responsible for the car had gone home and didn't even bother calling me back to update me about the car before leaving.

I will not be returning. Brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection for a recalled item. I was told to expect 1.5 hours on the oil change and an additional hour for the inspection. After 3 hours I asked for an update, and they said they had forgotten to do the oil change and that it would take more 30 minutes to change the oil. Very displeased with the service.

Great service. Kept me apprised of how it was going. Car came back cleaner than when I brought it in.

Good service and done in a timely manner, especially considering I was a walk-in. You can book an appointment online, but the system was so terrible and ineffective that I was about five minutes from getting my car back before I got a phone call.

Updated, read the whole review Always great customer service when I bring my suv in, they listen to your needs and take care of it, from the smallest issue to something bigger. I have to change my review from a 5 star to a 1 star, since my 5 star review I have had issues with Auto Nation Nissan service department, and no longer bring my SUV to get it serviced there, I contacted there corporate office and filled them in on my issues, they in turn said I can take my SUV to any Nissan dealership, and have done that, it's ashame Auto Nation Nissan, when it comes to there service department really don't care about there customers, there service advisers are rude and since leaving Auto Nation Nissan service department , the other Nissan dealership has treated me with respect, care about there customers, go the extra mile!!
