    Auto Nation Honda always used to be professional and thorough. Sadly that seems to no longer be the case. For my past two visits in 2024 the experience has changed dramatically. During my first visit this year (2024)which was about a month or two ago, they should have replaced my rotors, but they ground them down (probably unevenly) so there was a knocking for the first 100 miles or so. When I asked my advisor he said, they're just really thin. So why weren't they replaced? Last week (04/02) I dropped off my car to be serviced on 04/03. I had an appointment, but my advisor was busy at my appointment time, so I waited; no worries there that's understandable. However, not one person (for several minutes of my waiting) ever acknowledged my presence until a young woman named Nathalie came up front and immediately greeted me and asked me if she could help. There were three other people sitting at their desks who could easily see me, yet not one of them acknowledged I existed. Nathalie then proceeded to help me get my car checked in, because my service advisor was too busy. Her customer service was professional and warm. No complaints with her. Today I had to reach out (it was after 1:30 pm and I hadn't heard anything). The advisor did get back to me promptly. They got me a ride via Uber to the dealership, which was appreciated. When I arrived, my advisor was busy with another customer. No worries. Then it was my turn and he talked me through my $2500 service. They had added two pieces of equipment "since they were already there." Shouldn't I have been advised of any changes to my estimate? The additional pieces added @$160.00 on to my bill. (I did get a whopping 10% discount, which Nathalie had already provided the day I dropped it off). Then the advisor said "your car is next in line for a wash." I saw the mechanic sitting in my car, for five minutes. He was on his phone, it looked like. Then he left my car, with it running and the AC on. Just left it. No one went near it to take it over to the car wash. I gave it a few minutes and went back inside to let my advisor know that it was just sitting there, empty. Gave it a couple more minutes, then I took my car. I'd say it was idling with the AC on for approximately fifteen minutes. I received a text from my advisor, offering a free car wash and to not hold it against them, blaming it on only having one car was guy. (I saw the car wash guy he was busy doing other things, like helping out a young attractive woman in the service bay dropping off her car, but he never even approached my car). I explained why I was disappointed and that I didn't need a free car wash, but I would like to be refunded the two pieces that they had added without asking me, therefore I'd like a refund of $160.00. I have not received a response since. I am very disappointed in the service I have received these past two visits (and I spent a total of $4634.08). One would think that and the fact that I've been a customer for years would matter and I would have been treated with a bit more respect, but things have changed at Auto Nation for the worse.
