    That's my Favorite Hyundai dealership where I bring my car for Service. Everyone in Service Dept. are extremely Nice and Cordial. Paul the Service Manager Brian my Service Agent are two Great people always on top of everything.

    Went there to get the software upgrade, and one of the guys stole change out of the compartment next to the cup holder. It wasn't even a lot, but the fact that it happened in the first place is what upsets me. Also, someone went through my center console for some reason. I was able to tell because everything inside of it was tossed around. Had a small crack in my windshield, and when I got the car back, it was all the way across. Was supposed to be only about an hour and ended up taking over 2 hours. I'm glad I only had to go there once because I never will again. Don't let them work on your car. I heard the people talking about losing paperwork and overcharging crazy prices for minor fixes.

    Unfortunately sharing a review to warn others. I had been a loyal customer of this location, and hardly an issue outside of excessive wait times, even with appointments scheduled. Unfortunately today that changed. I took my car for an an oil change and tire rotation, and the car return to me with several paint chips. Very noticeable. I spoke to my tech and didn't want to get frustrated with him as a know that it's not his fault so asked for a phone number of someone to call. He came out with the service manager, Mr. Zach Hafen, who provided his card and gave his own assessment concluding that what he saw was on a "photo' of which I did NOT feel the same. Upon arrival home, I noticed the paint chips were all over the vehicle, and emailed Mr. Hafen, which I will include screenshots of. I shared that I still disagreed especially after what I noticed when I came home and attached photos of all the chips I could see. I received a generic reply stating that "I have reviewed the pictures from this recent visit and your last visit last month and the same marks are in all the photos." As you will see with some of the pictures sent are close ups that make it hard to determine where the phot was taken on the vehicle. No photos were sent to me at all. It's unfortunate, but it what it is. Just make sure to take your own pictures before you turn your vehicle over to this dealership. They confirmed that they have a automatic car wash machine which is where I'm certain the damage came from. I have redacted the portion in the emails that list actual email addresses as well.

    I've been coming to this Hyundai dealership for 12-13 years and bought my last 4 cars from them. I've never had a problem until today. I've had 3 Hyundais in the past and my last car was a used Lexus. I've had no problems with this car and when I first got it they advised me to take it to the Lexus dealership for servicing. The service department there was rude and very unprofessional. I talked to Hyndai and asked if they would be able to take care of me and they said no problem. I delt with Nancy in the past who was very helpful and said they could get the parts for my car with no problem. The visit I had today was very disappointing. I had an appointment for a regular service and tire rotation. The service advisor, Bryan, questioned why I was there, if I had a warranty, why I don't go to the Lexus dealership down the street, am I sure I want to pay for the service? Just odd questioning as if my business wasn't wanted. The service took about 1 hour, which was less than he told me so ok that was good. But then when I went to check out, he said "I left your car running cuz when they tried to run the car through the car wash, it died." I said ok well, I haven't been having any problems with it do u know what's wrong with it? U just finished serving it. He said your battery failed. I was ok...can u help with that? And he said, yeah but we may not have the right battery and it will probably be very expensive, I suggest you go to O'Rileys. While I appreciate the suggestion, the delivery and unprofessionalism was not called for. The fact that I had dig what was wrong with my car and it was not first thing revealed to me was so unprofessional. I've always has such great experiences with Hyundai of Las Vegas but today, put me off them for good. I will not be returning, I expected more.
