The work from over two years ago? I had to go back and look at your invoice to remember who you were. Funny thing is nowhere on the invoices (2 of them, good enough to come back the second time evidently and buy more work) was anything in regards to installing a winch (I would be happy to show anyone the invoices if they want proof). What was there and what really made me remember was the low quality parts you bought for your Jeep and the repairs I had to do to keep it all together and working. Yes I did warn against your decision to buy cheap poor quality Chinese amazon special electrical components, yet you blame me for when they failed. One of the many reasons we no longer install low quality parts that the customer provides, so for helping us with never allowing this to be an issue again we thank you. Funny how you don't mention any of the great parts and services you thoroughly enjoy and are happy with, but why would you? After looking at your other reviews, it appears no business is worthy of your time or money as they all have failed you and given a one star. We do recognize we cannot please everyone, but our track record overall does prove your review the oddity and we will continue to strive on our great customer service and love for the community. By the way, we would of been happy to make things right with you, but I guess it's less invasive to write a negative review two years aft. To anyone who finds this review helpful, please take comfort in the fact (our covid era staff) has been since replaced with nothing but the most top notch professionals in the industry.
