Meineke Car Care Center

I will never do business with meineke again. I went to this company for a diagnostic test for my electrical ignition system and to take a look at my brakes. I dealt with the store manager on my visit to this location. He was the one who did the "inspection" as well. I was told that i needed a new battery. I was quoted $310. I told him that i can get one for $89 at the part store, directly across the street from this location. He then tried to get me to agree to a $700 pad and rotar replacement. This is a complete lie. First thing, Pads and rotars are $217 for all 4 wheels , at that same parts store across the street. Second, my breaks are in great condition and dont need to be replaced!!! The parking brake cable needed to be reconnected. I instantly felt offended, this person is trying to take advantage of me!!! This company overpriced the cost of its services, as well as trying to sell me services i dont need. At the same time, MEINEKE ignored problems i desperately needed addressed. This type of behavior at your company, explains why this shop doesnt get any customers..., when all the shops next to this location are always busy with customers. Your company is predatorial at best.. soon to be out of business...

Update.... Went back to this Meineke and they took care of my car, they're my car's doctor I like the service they give. Needed brakes estimate n received the estimate n an easy pay flex plan to cover brakes n no out of pocket cost on this day. Terry was so informative n helpful. I'm road ready now. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
