Very unreliable company. I tried to have them come for an estimate and the man just didn't show up 3 times and he's suppose to be the owner. That's pretty pathetic and horrible behavior from an owner. I can imagine how horrible the labor would have been. Dodged a bullet.

I had my glass door shattered by a burglar and called to make an appointment the following day for an estimate. The owner, Greg was not able to come on the scheduled day but did give me a call to apologize and told me he would come first thing in the morning. He did show up the following morning to give me the estimate and it was cheaper than other quotes I had received from other places. When I decided to go ahead and have GC Glass do the job, they were able to put a rush on the glass so it was here in a matter a couple days instead of 5 days. I'm very happy with my experience with them.

Honestly, only one good worker we've experienced out of at least 6 interactions with this company. Sergio came and fixed our second issue without error and was very pleasant. HOWEVER I cannot say the same with the others we've interacted:No no no. they are an EXTREMELY unreliable company. they give you a "range" of the time they will get to your house and they still are late and sometimes even absent. when we called to ask where our GC Glass guy was, the girl on the phone gave us horrible customer service: did not answer the question, gave us attitude, and refused to do anything about the tardiness of their worker. another time we gave them a call and the owner answered, well the employees do not fall far from the tree because the owner was gave us attitude as well. when they came to measure our glass 4 TIMES, they still got the wrong measurements and how do we know that? because when they came to install the glass (a week and half after the 4th appointment. MIND YOU THIS IS JUST ONE SLIDING GLASS NOT THE WHOLE HOUSE), they said they measured it wrong and had to come back again to measure it. Why didn't they just measure it right then and there? GOOD QUESTION. IT JUST SEEMS TOO LOGICAL. Then when they finally installed it, they did such a crap job that there was glass all over our backyard that they did not clean up. they made the mess and had the audacity to give my spouse an attitude when he confronted them about it. they cleaned it up after but just like their work: did a pathetic job cleaning it. would not recommend this place at all.
