I made the appointment with Gerber daisy and showed up promptly at the time of the appointment. It took 45 minutes for an adjuster to come out and greet me and review my damage on my car. I explain to him that I might not do it for two months but I still needed the estimate. Apparently when I called him to get a copy of the estimate it was not ready and I had to wait additional two days. I was disappointed in not being able to see the cost of the repairs. This was only damage to the windshield and a ding on my hood. In light of some of the damages on vehicles this was minor. No one called me with the estimate I had to call them four or five times just to get that copy. Having to constantly call them was disappointing to me. I guess they dont need my business if they dont want to make the process smooth. You might consider how long youre willing to wait for an estimate if you go to Gerber Collision and glass.
