I AM NO LEGAL EXPERT BUT AM SURE THERE IS SOME OCCULT INSURANCE FRAUD SCHEME, MY LAWYER IS PUTTING TOGETHER A GRAND LARCENY AND INSURANCE FRAUD SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY. BRING PICTURES, SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE, WE WILL BE CONTACTING PEOPLE WHO LEFT A SIMILAR REVIEW EXPERIENCE AND SEND US ALL YOUR EVIDENCE, CONTACT AND WE WILL HELP YOU JOIN THE FILE. It is not right and no corrective action has been taken to remedy the $60K in damage an almost perfect vehicle. I DROVE my week driven post fender bender Range Rover with a minor hard to notice dent from a fender bender only to be told that the vehicle is no longer in drivable condition and deemed a total loss, told the insurance company that is impossible I just brought it for a sensor calibration and the small dent. They sent me back to the shop to take my car, when I get there it was torn apart like a scrap yard with no obvious organization or intent to put back together and literally destroyed. I was in shock, their response was “well you signed in the fine print that we have permission to tear it apart to diagnose it” and I asked them to put it back together I was driving it for a week for crying out loud, DROVE IT IN and had hardly any noticeable problems. No one could even see the tiny dent. Their response was “yeah we don’t do that.” Unbelievable experience, run with your car to any shop but here. They have no knowledge of high end vehicles and will just play this insurance scheme and destroy your car too. Look at these pictures from the accident and you determine if this looks like a car that needed to be ripped apart, salvaged and sold as pieces when it was perfectly driving with no errors for over a week that I simply brought in to fix a tiny little dent on the hood. The class action suit website is currently being setup so may have your wrong corrected. Will update this post once the website is setup.

    I took my car in for a claim and it went good not great. My service writer was Jesse and he started off fabulous. I was getting updates and he would take my calls. Though I did notice a difference as time passed. I filed a 2nd claim and Jesse was now short and informing me I no linger had the same options he said I had at the beginning. After a few days it went dark and didn't hear back from them. He did say they were waiting on their guy to do an estimate and I had to call them to find out status. I kept checking with my insurance company State Farm and they claimed they were waiting on Service King. I called and talked to Service King and they said they were waiting on my insurance company.After a few days I heard nothing again so I called them only to be told the same story and that they had emailed me the estimate. I explained I had not got anything from them and I asked for the date when they emailed me and the youngster on the line without excusing himself, put me on hold twice, transferred me and the new person who I believe was Jesse said HELLO!, THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I called back 3 times and they didn't answer anymore. These guys are something else. They stated they would fix one more thing on my car and it did not get done. They left my windows open and my car was smelling like chemicals for over a week. Service: Body & Trim

    Took my car in after trusting they were decent since they are on Geico's approved list. Not only did they take 3 weeks to fix minimal bumper damage on my car, but they had no communication during the process of the repair. I had to call them to get updates and I had to call Geico to get the pictures of what they were repairing. When I did get the car back there was several issues... My steering wheel was drastically adjusted, and the radio had been on a Hispanic channel (I don't speak spanish) meaning that one of their workers took my car for a joy ride at some point... When I put my manual car in neutral to start the car it started rolling showing that the e-brake was not fully engaged. Which is a huge no-no when it comes to manual cars. Last but not least in my passenger seat there was a key to a Ford belonging to some other owner.... (I drive a Subaru). I put the key next to their front door, but they were closed so hopefully that owner gets their key back. The lack of customer service, inexperience with vehicles, and lack of responsibility within this company is INSANE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
