Stopped by two weeks ago for an estimate but no one called or followed up with us. I called last week and still no response.

Customer service was non existent. They don't answer their phone or return your call. They don't even know what services they offer. Never again!

Super job on my shopping cart ding, the tech had it fixed in less than an hour, area looks like the ding never happen. totally happy!!!!

This place is a joke and they are not man of their word. I went there last week, Guy(owner) looked at my car and I made an appointment to bring the car in today for repair. I dropped it off with Brett yesterday . Brett sent me a text at 6:43 this morning saying they are too busy and dont have time to fix my car and that I should go pick it up. Why would you have me drop it off only to return it without fixing it and who in their right mind sends a text that early in the morning to a paying customer? Brett is a clown who doesnt have the decency to come out to offer an apology or an explanation. He isnt man enough to come out from the back and face his customers so he sent a kid who works there to return my car key. They just lost a customer but it worked out for me because I found a place that will fix the damage for half their price. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else. It's a Mickey Mouse show over there. Service: Painting

Such poor service I would never go back. I stopped by this dent repair shop on Friday Dec 3rd to see if they could repair the dents on my passenger side rear door. A nice gentleman came out to my car and survey the dents and said they could definitely repair them. We settled on a price and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday, Dec 10th at 8:30am. I arrived for the appnt at 8:28 and went into office and rang bell on counter and waited 6 minutes for someone to appear from the back (not the same person that I dealt with the previous Friday). After telling him I had appnt at 830 to repair dents in car he said okay lets look. I showed him the dents and he said no problem. I said I'm waiting for the car and assumed it would take 2 or 3 hours. He said thats about right. So I left the car keys and walked about 1/4 mile to coffee house to kill time. At 10:30am, I decided to walk back to the shop and check on status of car. I assumed it would be close to finished. As I arrived at shop my car was still in front of shop and dents still in door. I went into office and rang bell. After another 5 minutes the same guy appeared and said can I help you. After reminding him I was there at 8:30am and left my car for dent repair, he said "Oh yeah". I asked why car was still in front and why they hadn't started the repair. He said let me check and left for the back of shop. After 4 or 5 minutes, he returned and said, "Yes we can repair the dents today". I said "I know, I had appnt at 8:30". I asked how much longer to repair and he said "I don't know, I don't do the work". I said thats crazy, I can't just wait her all day I need some sort of time table (it had already been over 2 hours). He said I cant give you an estimate because the guy that does this repair work hasn't arrived at work yet. At that point, I knew this was going nowhere and I asked for my car keys back and left......forever. I would NEVER go back again.
