A spoke with Christian and he showed me my options and possibilities for my vehicle. I chose the full body ceramic coating and window tint. It looks fantastic.

Christian and dipped auto works are experiencing a massive downfall. They have grown too big for their bridges and all quality control went out the window.I had communicated to Christian A MONTH BEFORE I got my car exactly what I wanted. He ordered the materials, and told me to drop off the car on Dec 20th when the materials arrived.I told him before I dropped off the car that it is a working vehicle that needs to be done asap and making me money.Please tell me why it took his team 30 days to NOT EVEN finish my car and do the sloppiest job I've ever seen?The rose gold chrome was applied TERRIBLY.There were "grease marks" aka material that was exposed to too much heat, on EVERY SINGLE PANEL.  His car detail guy was the one that pointed out everything that was wrong with the car.Did I mention when I picked it up, and paid $5000 after an entire month it was losing me $50 a day sitting on his lot, the car was dirty, dusty, and smelled like cigarettes?The issue here is that Christian does not know how to communicate with his employees. They do a sloppy job. No one knows how to set proper expectations or communicate with their customers. They overpromise and under deliver.The way the windshield tint was applied, it ripples with speckles of dust and debris between the glass and the tint. It's very distracting when driving. He has taken the car and "fixed" things and yet absolutely nothing was changed.It's been months now since this project started and it's been the worst, most unprofessional experience of my life when it comes to dealing with an entrepreneur running a business.All I got from Christian was a bunch of excuses and apologies and zero correction or compensation. I could care less about your excuses, you're a grown man, put your big boy pants on, and figure it out.Please save your money and go elsewhere.Purple flare wraps did a great job on my friends car, they took a week and are way more professional. Literally go anywhere else these people are atrocious. They will be bankrupt in the next several years. Stay away from them.Do not waste your money with these jokers.
