This review is strictly for the upfront customer service. I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate for collision work by clicking the button on their website that says "Schedule Collision Appointment ". Seemed pretty straightforward.When I arrived, the receptionist couldn't find my appointment. When I told her that I made it online, she said "Ohhhh, we don't get those". What??? If the button on your website doesn't work, wouldn't you a) fix it, or b) remove it? I have better things to do on my day off than waste my time going to non-existent appointments. They may do fine work, but frankly I don't care now. There are lots of other collision shops.

This review is specially related to their lack of customer service. I came here to get a repair estimate for the front bumper for rusting after purchasing a car through carvana. They completely gave me the run around to make it difficult to even get a repair estimate so I could start a claim for it. While I was waiting there two employees stood to the side and deliberately spoke very loudly for me to overhear their conversation about how they try very hard to push carvana/silverrock customers away. Its literally the most awkward and unprofessional encounter I’ve had in a car shop. It’s even funnier that the lady turned her head back to make eye contact almost making sure that I heard them. Why not be upfront at the beginning saying you don’t take them rather then to waste my time and try to give me the runaround? Before I even headed over to the shop I had my wife give them a call for an apt for a repair estimate and they also lied about availability saying it was over 1.5 months wait. I ended up looking online and saw they literally had same day opening in 2 hours. Then after the whole run around about starting a claim they decided to make up a new term saying they may potentially ask me to pay upfront for the work done when the work needs to be approval by silverrock and then silverrock will pay them. We have a 0 deductible so we don’t pay a dime out of pocket but yet here they are trying to make up anything they can to grab money from us first. This place is as unprofessional as it get. Stay far far away from this place.
