This dealership is great. I've purchased two vehicles at this business and each time it was a great sales experience. The sales person are knowledgeable and honest. There is no hard sell. I recently purchased a new Sierra 1500. I was given a fair price for my trade in and an excellent price on the new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!

The overall buying process was super fast and simple. Communicated via text with Nathan and came down and signed the papers in about an hour. It was great!

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my 30+ years of car buying. I have purchased about 20 vehicles in those 30+ years and the post purchase experience at AutoNation Buick GMC is far and away #1 in terms of apathy, inefficiency, responsiveness, and incompetence. And it's not even close. From top to bottom, management to the service department, this dealership has proven time and again, that once you drive off the lot with your new vehicle, they no longer care about providing even average service..ridiculous wait times to get your car seen in the worst service department in town, multiple missed delivery times for my vehicle, apathy from the management, incompetence from the administrative team, and most of all ZERO accountability..but plenty of excuses. There are so many car buying options in town that I would rather drive to St. George or California before I ever bought another vehicle at AutoNation Buick GMC. If you purchase here you will regret it just like I have every day since I did. It's truly amazing that a dealership can survive in this competitive climate with such poor customer service. I'm surprised the owners of AutoNation Buick GMC allow their customers to experience such low class service. They must not care about us either. Trust me, BUY ELSEWHERE! An update since AutoNation Buick GMC decided to provide the customary, " We care, please call our GM to discuss your experience further" reply. I've spoken to the GM of AutoNation Buick GMC multiple times before my review was written. Nothing changed. Actually the next time I had my car in their inept service department, my experience was only worse. Too bad the person who manages and responds to the Google Reviews isn't the same person in charge of the Service department/dealership as it is the only aspect of this business that seems responsive. I even reached out to the corporate contact and no one responded so clearly its a Top Down problem. It's also clear they have no intent on living up to their end of the purchase experience with me personally. I'll say this for the last time..If you buy a vehicle from here, get ready for the WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE of your auto buying days once your car or truck needs attention. Go somewhere else where they may actually care about your business.
