        Alondra from Castillo's Tax Service is such a helpful person and does an amazing job with my tax needs. I am very happy with the attention that is given to my tax return preparation, they ALL do a wonderful job into looking at all that can be done for you as if they were doing their own taxes. I have been going here for years with all my family members doing their taxes here. We wouldnt go anywhere else.very friendly staff. Highly recommend this company! ohh and also They are fast and at a good price

        I had problems with the IRS and I went for help and they told me to call a number. I went to another place and he was able to fix it for me without calling. It was two years ago and I still haven't received my taxes, and the IRS is still sending me letters since I went to castles

        I do not recommend this place because they do the job quickly, they do not include all the receipts and invoices and they did my taxes wrong and I had problems with the IRS. I had to go to another office to do my taxes again and pay again...

      Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. What we don't appreciate is the false claim you are making. During your appointment, he got all the
      information you brought us. You did not bring any receipt to your appointment. Apart from
      that, your taxes were not finalized immediately as mentioned, but for
      orders from you because you said you were going to correct one of your documentation due to an error in your work.
      Now, regarding the comment about having problems with the IRS, if you had problems, it would have been from some previous year that we would have no connection with. That's because the first time he came into our office was yesterday.
