If I could give a ZERO I would...Last August I was tested for Covid. I called and talked to a lady who was very rude right off the bat, felt like it was because I said I was not vaccinated. I then after 45 mins was called to go inside. The nurse who took me back was rude, asked if I was vaccinated again. The nurse that did my Covid test asked me which school I worked at, because I had a hat that said where I worked. First off I thought that was very unprofessional, but I told her. She then proceeded to tell me "well I hope you are negative"..I said "thank you and smiled"...Then in a rude and condescending tone she said "because my daughter goes to school there"...Once again very unprofessional and rude. The nurses were all talking in the hallway and you could hear them talking about other patients...Got my results. Once again rude, condescending just Zero professionalism, ZERO follow through or instructions of what I could do at home. Like what over the counter medication or keep an eye on your Oxygen levels. I had to ask if mucinex would be ok. She said yes. NOW ON TO SENDING MY SICK DAUGHTER THERE TODAY...HUGE MISTAKE. We called on my phone as we rode together. The nurse asked all the same questions and was rude once again. I asked "will she need to wear a mask" the nuse says "well we are a covid testing site" ...ok. but that's not what I asked you. I didn't say that, but wow...just wow...So my daughter goes in and from the moment she walked through the door it was once again just the most unprofessional rude condescending nurses. She had told them on the phone with me in the car that she was wheezing and having trouble breathing. She had also stated she had stomach pain, weakness and diarrhea. Once she got in there she also felt nauseous. First thing they want to do is a urine test ?????. They didn't even listen to her lungs. Let me tell you when I say her lungs were very compromised. I listened to them before we even left the house. Then they started asking her all these questions about her son? What does that have to do with her sickness ? It wasn't a friendly , oh how is your son doing either. Like..His age, when he was born and if she was pregnant. Pregnant I can understand. I feel like these nurses completely missed the mark on this one. I told Miranda to leave because she was crying. We left and went to a place that actually checked her lungs and asked about her other symptoms. They diagnosed her with pneumonia and are following up with X-rays just to be sure. Gave her 3 different meds. This is why your office has a 2.7 review rating. Will never go again or recommend to anyone. DO BETTER !!

I went to this location after driving straight through from West Virginia. I had all the covid symptoms and wanted to be checked before going home. I was tested and the doctor came in to give me my results. He told me that I didnt have covid but I was fat so I have blood clots. I was never weighed , never asked me if I had any of the signs of a blood clot. I am medium size, I wear medium clothes. I was livid to be treated so poorly by a doctor. I saw him in the parking lot while I was waiting to go in, was he jealous my car was faster and nicer then his mini van. This place is a joke. Dont go here if you are really sick because they dont care about your health just your physique

Went early on 1/4 for a covid test. There at 7 knowing they did not open until 8. Tried calling at 8 and not until 8 20 was the phone finally answered. Told me that clinic was CLOSED due to staff having Covid! Might have posted online, or on phone messafe!
