Stopped in to open an account and the staff (real people versus an automated phone bot) were unbelievably helpful and frendly! Any and all hesitation about going with a smaller community based bank have vanished completely!

Chase is an outstanding professional. When we visited about refinancing my home, his experience and creativity showed.
