        Have had Cricket for 15yrs. Their customer service is exceptional, and the area coverage I have had no problem with even when in the Bahamas.

        Customer service over the phone is trash I don't have time to go to your store cause YOUR service isn't working especially with the weekend hours and lazy staff and absolutely atrocious service in north lincoln I shouldn't be paying 122$ a month for 1 bar of 4g
