Meadow Wood Apartments

This is the worst company to work at and it's also the worst company to rent from. We had a dog that tore up the carpet in one bedroom all the carpet and the rest of the bedrooms and the living room was good they decided to replace all of it and charge me a ton of money. Our dog ate through our door which is an esa dog and I offered to replace the door they told me no and now when I call them they just hang up on me and don't want to talk. Hayloft property management is a joke they will charge you over $800 a month for a place that has a window AC so you literally have to go buy another AC unit to put in your bedroom to keep the place cool. The pool was shut down in the two years that I lived there one year almost completely. The maintenance staff has no clue what they are doing and the company will get rid of people for the most frivolous things. This is not the best place to live I can guarantee that

DO NOT RENT HERE! Management is terrible! They never fix anything when I would call them and they didnt give me my deposit back. DONT RENT HERE!

Stay away!!!!! This place is nasty managements and services are a joke. They will finding way to over charge on top of your monthly bills. The rent is not cheap, no central air, always smell bad in the hallway. Stay Far Away!!!!

Please do not rent here. My 3 year experience was very up and down. They do not have central air, and bugs come in through the A/C unit. The rent will go up every year with no updates. There are many apartments in the area with central air and no bugs. They also double charged each tenant whose rent was robbed from the office last year. They will also charge you for normal wear and tear at the end of your lease. Please shop around.

Absolutely the WORST place to live. Neighbors are EXTREMELY loud 24/7 and keep me up at night, and after over 20 noise complaints and 10 calls to the cops, the landlord still refuses to do anything about the situation. Management has some of the worst, most condescending, rudest people I have ever had to work with.
