Diana Dominguez Was our initial contact. She was welcoming, made the process easier and helped guide us initially. Thank you. Update: We were informed, via a letter, that the original lawyer, Alicia Kelly, had left the firm and that Wendy Jungblut would be taking over. We were assured that our case would be handled with great care. Less than a month later, we et a letter from Wendy Jungblut telling us she is dropping the case. Said she could prove liability. Short, terse letter, no phone call, no other information. So after sitting on the case for 3-4 months, we are just dropped out of the blue. left scrambling a little to find someone else, to help. As impressed as we were with Diana at the beginning, we are equally unimpressed since. Lack of communication and lack of follow through. Very disappointing to work with.

Kittrell was my initial POC for intake and information gathering. She is amazing! She was very personable, professional and thorough in her approach to my situation. Her empathy, kindness and compassion helped me to feel comfortable and confident in sharing as well as relieving much of the anxiety I was feeling about the idea of having to relive my incident, discuss the current situation and address the long term effects of my injuries. Not only am I physically hurting but I was feeling pretty exhausted, anxious and overwhelmed with the time Ive lost, the loss in quality of life, the time away from work, the money I have spent (that I didnt have) in trying to recover - not to mention what I knew Id be facing for years to come without any assistance until I contacted the Advocates. After speaking with Ian and hearing the calmness in his voice, the quiet confidence and the compassion he exuded, I knew I was in good hands and God had, indeed, answered my prayers through Ian and his team! Ians willingness to truly listen, hear and offer objective feedback was a gift in of itself. His honesty, integrity, competence and experience are just what I was praying for. Im feeling hopeful that healing and restoration is possible for the first time since my accident! A HUGE thank you to the talented and caring team at The Advocates!
