The sign on the door says the store is open at 10 oclock, yet it is after 10 and the store is all locked up. Ill take my money elsewhere.

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Even when they seemed to be overwhelmed with more customers than staff, they made us feel as if we were still important, all the while knowing that we were the last ones to have walked in. I would recommend this store for your sleeping needs!

Local store was really helpful with the sale. Bed is awesome. My problem is with the customer service system. I had a couple problems with the delivery. After spending literally hours on hold. They told me they would compensate me for my troubles with a free pillow. The pillow never came. Local store basically said it's not there problem and I need to contact customer support. Customer support said I need to contact shipping. As I already spent over an hour on the phone I don't feel like spending any more time arguing about a pillow, I hung up. I guess they win this dispute. Local store can only sell you the bed. All problems need to go through a horrible customer service system. Again the bed is awsome and I have never slept beter.
