I was traveling through town from MN to Yellowstone when my van started acting up. I pulled into town and drove right to this shop. It was 3:30 on Monday afternoon. I explained that I was just passing thru and they helped me immediately. It seemed like all hands were on deck and they spent an hour on the van. Turns out that it wasnt what I thought, they tightened a loose wheel, put on a lug nut that was missing and sent me on my way! I had been prepared to hear that they couldnt even look at it until tomorrow. This shop saved our vacation!!! Thank you so much!!

My husband and I wish we could give them less than 1 star. They were paid well to replace the engine in our truck. Because of their incompetence in this process and them not replacing a simple o-ring and pressure sensor (which are standard to replace in a used engine) our engine went bad after only a month of driving it. We were having issues with the truck and so we took it back to Vallie within a few days telling them it was leaking oil and smoking when cold starting and not driving right. They said they looked at it, ran it for two hours (no idea why they ran it for 2 hours and then complained we didn't have enough gas in it), and then told us it was fine and was just residual oil burning and it was good to go. We didn't trust them and took it to our regular mechanic (long story why we didn't take it to them in the first place) and they said it's absolutely leaking oil, etc. They told us if it was a job they had done they would be taking care of us no charge. So financially we had to figure out what to do because Vallie obviously wasn't going to take care of us AND we didn't trust them to touch it again anyways. Well the issue compounded to the point that we need another new engine within a month over a simple o-ring that would have been replaced it at least caught after the fact when taken in with our concerns and issues. Please do not trust these people.

From what I've been told by mechanics that have seen their work, they do terrible work. I would not recommend them to anyone because from what my family's experience has been, they don't look out for the customer's best interest.

Quick and very professional. they Gave me a quote via email and were able to get my car that next day. Prices were so reasonable. I was able to sign for the quote on the email so I never had to leave work .
