UR Disability Rep- Roy Rickstrew

Roy was and is incredible! He is so good at what he does. He is patient, kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. He takes time to answer any questions and makes sure you understand everything that is going on. If anyone needs a disability representative, he is the one to go to!!

Honest, was able to get both providers and past employers to cooperate, and gave timely updates on the case. Best of all he dealt directly with the Social Security Administration, which had been giving us the runaround.

First of all,Thank You Roy Rickstrew!!! I can't say enough good things about Roy Rickstrew. He careful listened to our disability and was able to help us get through this extremely difficult time. He answered every question we had without ever making us feel like we were a bother or that was something else he would rather be doing. I highly recommend Roy Rickstrew as you or someone your Disability Rep! If you have a loved one needing his help, give him a call. Roy Rickstrew did an awesome job. He kept me updated on the information of my case. I would recommend him to everyone. I got denied 3 times. He fought for and got me the disability that I needed.

Mr Rickstrew went above and beyond to help me get approved for disability. I had been rejected for disability 3 times before I met him. I have not been able to hold a job, and I continue to get sicker. My husband has been carrying all the financial burden in our lives. I am a born again, Christian and I know that God will provide, but how? I believe that God allowed me to have a chance meeting with Mr. Rickstrew. He explained what he could do to help me. He never made false promises. He told me what to expect in terms of waiting for a decision. Mr. Rickstrew always kept in contact with me. He was patient with me through all my questions. He had to put so much time into getting my case together. People kept saying "God is always on time". OK, but how? I have recently been referred to Barnes Hospital in St Louis for surgery. This morning, Mr Rickstrew called to inform me I was granted disability! I am so grateful and so blessed! I would recommend Roy Rickstrew to anyone who needs disability! He is honest, keeps his word, and works tirelessly for his clients. Thank you, Mr Rickstrew for everything.
